Automated two way text messagingLinetime is pleased to announce its latest development in relation to automated SMS text messaging. A two way link is now available to the “TextAnywhere” system. Messages can easily be sent from Liberate by either right clicking a contact or via workflow.

The recipient can then simply reply, in which case an email will appear in the inbox of the sender. This email can then be easily attached to the case history alongside a record of the original message. This provides a full audit of all activity related to the case.

Messages can either be ad-hoc or based on a predefined template which includes the ability to use merge codes for data insertion. Reminders can be set against the messages to allow further automation and control over communication with clients.
