A Purchase Order Module is now available within the Purchase Ledger of Liberate Practice Management.

The key features of this new module are:-

1. Create, store, view and print new purchase orders.
2. Set and control authorisation levels.
3. Create and store templates for re-orders.
4. Create and store templates for specific suppliers.
5. Monitor full or partial deliveries.
6. Email or post the purchase order to the supplier.
7. Plan cash flow based on forecast delivery and payment dates.
8. Check invoices against orders for payment authorisation.
9. Store a history of purchases by supplier.
