Document Categories - Efficiently file and retrieve all types of correspondence

Liberate's document management provides the user with the ability to store documents in multiple categories. Any email, scanned image, form or letter can be assigned to any number of categories. E.g. An item may appear under “contracts” but also under “important”. NB it can also store voice recordings.

This gives users an extremely efficient way of accessing their complete electronic file. The base precedents can also be earmarked as belonging to a particular category. This ensures that documents are automatically organised in the correct way.
